Shipping policy

At Barrett Recovery, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shipping experience for all our customers. Please review the following shipping policies to ensure you are informed and prepared for your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping rates are primarily weight-based, and all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound as per the policies of our shipping carriers.

Domestic Orders (USA):

  • UPS Ground: Estimated delivery time 3-7 business days
  • Next Day: Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days
  • 3 Day Air: Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days

International Orders:

  • DHL Express Worldwide: Estimated delivery time 2-14 business days

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs delays, and delivery times can vary based on the destination country. Customers are responsible for accepting international packages and paying applicable duties.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. To find the exact shipping cost, proceed to the checkout page where the shipping price will be displayed before payment.

Free Shipping

For domestic orders over $200, we offer free UPS Ground shipping. Please note that while orders over $200 are eligible for free shipping, customers who wish to upgrade to expedited shipping will be responsible for the additional shipping costs. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes; in these cases, USPS will be used instead.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of purchase. Upon cancellation, you will receive a full refund within 1-3 business days.

Missing or Lost Packages

For UPS or DHL inquiries, please contact their respective customer service departments.

Package Issues (Stuck or Returned)

If your package is stuck in transit or has been held at your local post office for an extended period, please pick it up directly from the post office. If the package is not retrieved and is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product minus the shipping fees.

International Shipping & Duties

We ship worldwide! Please note that international shipments may take longer due to customs processing. Delivery times can range from 2-30 business days, depending on the country of destination.

Important: International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country and are not covered by Barrett Recovery. Customers are responsible for any VAT or additional fees incurred at customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.

Shipping Liability

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Barrett Recovery disclaims any liability for loss, damage, or delays that may occur during transit, unless Route Package Protection was selected at the time of purchase. In the event of a lost or damaged package that was purchased without Route Package Protection, please file a claim with the respective shipping carrier using the following links:

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
