Barrett Red Light Mask Giveaway – Official Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering the Barrett Red Light Mask Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to these Official Rules (the "Rules") and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Barrett Recovery LLC, 501 S Beverly Drive, Suite 220, Beverly Hills, CA 90212 ("Sponsor"). Questions about the Giveaway may be sent to info@postoprecovery.com.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and anyone professionally involved in the Giveaway, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible.

4. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at [12:00 a.m.] Pacific Time ("PT") on October 2nd and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 15, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be accepted. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

5. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the official entry form here during the Giveaway Period with your full name and a valid email address. No social media account is required to enter.

Limit: [one (1)] entry per person [per day / for the entire Giveaway Period]. Additional entries beyond the limit, or entries made using multiple accounts, scripts, bots, or other automated means, will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or that do not comply with these Rules are void.

Entry is free. Each entry must be submitted by the individual entrant; entries submitted by third parties will be void.

6. Prize

[One (1)] winner will receive one (1) Barrett Red Light Mask (approximate retail value $348). Total ARV of all prizes: $348.

The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor, other than any standard manufacturer's warranty. No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. The prize is a consumer product and is not a medical treatment; the winner should read and follow all product instructions and consult a physician with any questions about use.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [DRAWING DATE, e.g. November 17, 2026], conducted by Sponsor or its designee.

The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided on the entry form within [three (3)] days of the drawing. Sponsor will never ask for payment, credit card, or banking information to claim a prize. The potential winner must respond within [seventy-two (72) hours] of notification and provide a valid U.S. shipping address. Sponsor may require the potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and (where lawful) publicity release.

If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will ship the prize to the verified winner within approximately [four to six (4–6) weeks].

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, social media handle, city and state of residence, and any entry content for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, in any media, without further compensation. Sponsor will not publish any health or treatment information about the winner without separate written consent.

10. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release each such platform from any and all liability related to the Giveaway.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions of networks, servers, or platforms.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Unsubcribe from emails and SMS by follwoing guided prompts in the messages.

14. Disputes and Governing Law

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [California], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, [California].

15. Winner's List

To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@postoprecovery.com with the subject line "Red Light Mask Giveaway Winner" within thirty (30) days after November 15, 2026.
