Natural Relief Oil:

Use the dropper to administer the tincture sublingually, hold for a few seconds, and swallow. Experience the calming effects of the herbal taste, with a hint of cinnamon:

Shake well before use.
Start with 1/2 dropper placed underneath the tongue. Can be taken morning or night.
Hold the oil under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing.
Increase dose as needed
Do not exceed 4 full droppers per day
One full dropper = ~1 mL
