Here's how to use a Tushbaby:
Adjust the waist strap: Wrap the waist strap around your waist, high and tight, above your natural waist. If needed, you can use the Waistband Extender to add up to 23 inches of length.
Secure the carrier: Loop the buckle through the safety elastic loop, clip the buckle, and engage the safety lock.
Pick up your baby: Lay your baby on the seat and keep one hand on them at all times.
Use the shoulder straps: Flip one shoulder strap over your shoulder, pull the fabric up and over your baby's back, and attach the strap to the buckle. Repeat on the other side.
Adjust the straps: Buckle up and pull the shoulder straps down over your shoulders.

You can also use the Tushbaby for nursing or bottle feeding. To do this, wrap the Tushbaby high and tight around your waist, and lay your baby across the padded seat. The Tushbaby's support will help keep your back safe and your shoulders relaxed.
