We want you to love your Barrett Recovery products! Customers may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We are happy to cover return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error such as receiving an incorrect order or a defective item. Please contact us within 30 days and let us know the issue so that we can address any problems.

Once we have received your returned order, we will initiate the refund process:

Once a refund is initiated, your customer should see a pending transaction on their bank account for the refunded amount within 1-3 business days. This timeline to post the transaction ultimately depends on the card-issuing bank. 

Note: Pending transaction notifications currently apply to payments made with Visa, American Express, or Mastercard. Pending transaction notifications will not apply for payments made with other card networks.

The Square full refund time frame typically takes 2-7 business days. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to the customer’s account. 

If you do need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We offer shipping services via USPS and UPS for domestic orders and international service via DHL and GlobalPost. The shipping rates are usually weight-based, and to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you do not see your desired shipping option displayed at checkout, please contact us and we will verify whether other options are available.

Customers receive email confirmation of shipment with tracking information (from: tracking@shipstation.com), as well confirmation of delivery.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase – unfortunately we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. For same-day shipping orders must be placed before 2pm PDT.

Domestic orders totaling more than $200 receive free UPS Ground shipping. *UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes; in those cases UPS Ground Saver will be used.*

Please be advised that once your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, we assume no liability for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during, or after transit.

Value Added Tax (VAT) is a consumption tax imposed by governments on the sale of goods and services. It is applicable in many countries and is typically charged at each stage of the supply chain. As a company, we want to ensure our customers are informed that VAT charges are determined by local regulations in the customer’s country and are not covered by our company. Customers are responsible for any VAT fees incurred upon importation of their orders. For any questions regarding VAT, please consult your local tax authority.

Please be advised that we are unable to refund shipping costs for packages that are returned to us due to unpaid VAT taxes or incorrect shipping addresses provided at the time of order.

If your package has been returned and you wish to have it resent, we would be happy to assist you. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the redelivery.
