Natural Relief 1500mg Oil:

Sublingual ingestion – use the dropper to administer the tincture sublingually, hold for a few seconds, and swallow. Experience the calming effects of the herbal taste, with a hint of cinnamon:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Start with 1/2 dropper placed underneath the tongue. Can be taken morning or night.
3. Hold the oil under your tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing.

• Increase dose as needed
• Do not exceed 4 full droppers per day
• One full dropper = ~1 mL

Topical application:

1. Shake well before use.
2. Always patch test a small, inconspicuous area of skin prior extensive use to check for skin sensitivities or discomfort.
